DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> This record shall show the location of the corner and shall include all of the following nine elements (a <br /> through j). <br /> (a) CORNER LOCATION MARK CORNER LOCATION <br /> SECTION NUMBER: 5 <br /> TOWNSHIP 05 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST <br /> 5 <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY COORDINATES <br /> NORTHING: 428,650.93 <br /> EASTING: 864,934.93 <br /> HORIZONTAL DATUM &ADJUSTMENT: NAD 83(NSRS 2011) DANE COUNTY <br /> ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT: VERTICAL DATUM: (NAVD 88) <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence,testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> The location of the center of Section 5 falls within a drainage ditch along the railroad in the City of Stoughton. <br /> No monument was set. The location is based on the intersection of the North line of the Corrected Survey and <br /> Plat of Mrs. Sarah E. Turners Addition to the City of Stoughton and the North-South 1/4 line of the section. <br /> Three irons were located according to the Plat of Survey 98-00362 and CSM No. 13109 and checked well. <br /> The East-West line per the subdivision when extended westerly falls 16.4' (15.12') north of the West 1/4 <br /> corner of Section 5 as shown on CSM 13109. The location was the best evidence of the original surveys in <br /> the area.
