The location is based on the intersection of the North line of the Corrected Survey and <br /> Plat of Mrs. Sarah E. Turners Addition to the City of Stoughton and the North-South 1/4 line of the section. <br /> Three irons were located according to the Plat of Survey 98-00362 and CSM No. 13109 and checked well. <br /> The East-West line per the subdivision when extended westerly falls 16.4' (15.12') north of the West 1/4 <br /> corner of Section 5 as shown on CSM 13109. The location was the best evidence of the original surveys in <br /> the area.
