The location of the iron bar falls 1.1'west and 0.6' south of the actual <br /> intersection of the North-South and East-West 1/4 section lines of Section 12. The location of the 3/8" Iron <br /> Bar was accepted as the corner based on the best evidence of the corner and the proximity of the actual split <br /> of the section.
