Previous plats and surveys called for a 3" Iron Pipe. It is <br /> possible that new power poles were installed that could have removed the monument. The location of the <br /> monument was set based on extending the East line of the Pleasant View Heights subdivision to the south 40' <br /> based on existing monuments that checked well. The location matches that of the Klonglands Sixth Addition <br /> to Sweetbrier to the East.
