The <br /> existing trees used as reference ties appeared to exist however the railroad spikes were not located and <br /> remnants of the fence remained. The distances to the Center of Section 9 and to the Southeast 1/4 corner of <br /> Section 9 checked well as shown on the Weir survey map no. 10821-L, plat of Stoughton Industrial Park <br /> South, and CSM No. 7211. The location of the Aluminum Monument was accepted after verification of the <br /> existing ties and being used in previous surveys in the area.
