December 8, 1969 -Arden Sandsnes found the corner at a fence corner with fences north, south, and west. Monument type was not noted. January 9, 1987 - David Riesop found a 2" Iron Pipe at a fence corner and the location fits very close to a tie to the original Southwest bearing tree and to the tie shown on a 1910 survey by Hintze (field book 5, page 25) in Section 15. December 16, 1994 -George Weir found the 2" Iron Pipe and all reference points intact. April 21, 2003- Richard Palmer found 2 reference points remaining from the tie sheet by Riesop. Recent excavation work around the area of the corner's position destroyed the corner and removed the cherry tree to the North. It also appears the garage corner has been replaced by more recent construction. I reestablished the corner location from the two remaining reference points and the southwest corner of CSM No. 3157. Between the time of collecting the field data and setting the corner the remaining reference points were destroyed by more excavation. A 1 1/4" Iron Rebar was set at the corner. (j) I, Kevin C.
