The Department's review is based upon examination of (1) the <br /> "Report of Soil Borings and l Percolation Tests" as submitted by the Certified Soil <br /> f, <br /> Tester, '-El EY L. /4 1/nf CST # 2-23E? , (2) The ASCS <br /> ' soils maps applicable to the above-described lands and (3) the results of an on-site <br /> inspection by the Department.
