The following requirements must be satisfied before the shoreland mitigation permit may be <br /> issued: <br /> 1. The executed stormwater maintenance agreement and recording fee ($30 payable to <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds) must be submitted. <br /> 2. A financial security document in the amount of$7,744 must be submitted.
