ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4893 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1, <br /> RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4893: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: The East 200 feet of the West 800 feet of the North 600 feet of the <br /> NE 1/4 SW 1/4 lying Southwesterly of road. TO RH-2: The North 600 feet of the <br /> West 600 feet of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, lying Southwesterly of road. <br /> { <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> TO RH-4: The South 660 feet of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 20, lying West of <br /> road. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 12/5/90 - (RH-4) . <br />
