ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4894 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential and RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4894: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Deerfield <br /> described as follows: TO R-1A: Part of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 20, Town <br /> of Deerfield described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of <br /> said Section 20, thence N 89° 33' 10" West, 1325.79 feet along the North line <br /> of Northwest quarter of said Section 20; thence S 05° 13' 40" West, 3978.66 <br /> feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence S 89° 09' 15" E, <br /> 477.98 feet; thence S 05° 13' 40" West, 200.00 feet; thence N 89° 09' 15" West, <br /> 477.98 feet; thence N 05° 13' 40" East 200.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 20, thence Easterly <br /> on the East-West quarter line, 1332 feet more or less to the quarter quarter <br /> corner in Oak Park Road and the point of beginning; thence South on the quarter <br /> quarter line, 225 feet more or less; thence East 300 feet more or less; thence <br /> North parallel to quarter quarter line, 670 feet more or less to Koshkonong <br /> Creek; thence Westerly and Southwesterly along the Creek, 310 feet more or less <br /> to quarter quarter line; thence South on said quarter quarter line, 340 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
