ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4898 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MADISON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the C-1 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4898: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Madison described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #4, Certified Survey Map #4707, <br /> recorded in Volume 20 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 321, thence S 00° 01' 02" <br /> West, 235.01 feet; thence N 89° 48' 29" East, 25 feet; thence North 00° 01' 02" <br /> East, 234.8 feet; thence S 89° 57' 34" West, 25 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, commencing at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; <br /> thence S 00° 18' West 659.5 feet along the quarter section line, thence South <br /> 88° 50' East 660.4 feet; thence continue S 88° 50' East 25 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 01° 10' West 239.76 feet; thence S 87° 50' East, 71 feet; <br /> thence N 01° 10' East, 241 feet; thence N 88° 50' West, 71 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> 1. A woodworking shop. <br /> 2. Storage and warehousing. <br /> 3. Storage of vehicles is limited to antique or "Classic automobiles and <br /> a maximum of three vehicles. <br /> EFFECTIVE: JAN 3 f 1991 <br />
