ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3947 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RE-1 <br /> Recreational District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3947: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 Section 3 & E 1/2 Section 4 Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: TO B-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 4, <br /> thence N 88° 18' 19" West, 150.00 feet along the East-West one-quarter line of <br /> Section 4 to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 88° 18' 19" West, <br /> 640.00 feet; thence N 01° 41' 41" East, 650.00 feet; thence S 88° 18' 19" <br /> East, 640.00 feet; thence S 01° 41' 41" West, 650.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. —_T Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 3; <br /> thence S 89° 23' 48" East, 300.00 feet along the South line of Section 3 to <br /> PV,e. he point of beginning. Access to the golf course shall not be from Town Roads. <br /> b) . Clubhouse shall not exceed 5,000 square feet in floor area. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br /> OCT 2 8 1987 <br />
