ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3947 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of VERONA The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RE-1 Recreational District the following described land: Pet. #3947: Part of the W 1/2 Section 3 & E 1/2 Section 4 Town of Verona described as follows: TO B-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 4, thence N 88° 18' 19" West, 150.00 feet along the East-West one-quarter line of Section 4 to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 88° 18' 19" West, 640.00 feet; thence N 01° 41' 41" East, 650.00 feet; thence S 88° 18' 19" East, 640.00 feet; thence S 01° 41' 41" West, 650.00 feet to the point of beginning. —_T Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 3; thence S 89° 23' 48" East, 300.00 feet along the South line of Section 3 to PV,e. he point of beginning.
