The scale drawing of the proposed rezone area is attached <br /> 3.The tax parcel number of the parcel to be rezoned is attached in the form <br /> of the tax statement for the parcel. <br /> 4.$75.00 filing fee has been paid. <br /> 5. a) The total size of our property is 74.668 acres. 11.668 acres, with <br /> its present buildings will be used for a family home and one single person <br /> home which is a continuation of the present use of the property. The <br /> property consists of a farm house with one non-farm residential residence <br /> (see attached Certificate of Compliance copy) . The remaining 63 acres will <br /> stay in agriculture use. <br /> b) There will be no development in the 11.668 acres. The remaining 63 <br /> acres will remain in the CRP program for the foreseeable future. <br /> c) The acreage proposed for rezoning is 11.668 acres. <br /> We hope that you will allow us to rezone this land in order for us to sell <br /> the 11.668 acres.
