ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4891 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BERRY: The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agriculture District the following described land: Pet. #4891: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Berry described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 28, which is the point of beginning of this description; thence S 88° 35' 08" West, 1323.77 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00" East, 1153.14 feet; thence S 20° 53' 30" East, 229.91 feet; thence along the arc of a 713.77 foot radius curve to the left, whose long chord bears S 30° 49' 30" East, 246.25 feet; thence S 40° 45' 30" East, 349.20 feet; thence along the arc of a 633.55 foot radius curve to the left, whose long chord bears S 54° 55' 54" East, 310.26 feet; thence S 69° 06' 18" East, 550.35 feet; thence along the arc of a 1305.20 foot radius curve to the right, whose long whose chord bears S 65° 35' 31" East, 130.78 feet; thence S O1° 46' 31" East, 1.11 feet to the point of beginning of this description. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: A.
