The proposed building will conform with all zoning
requirements for C-1 commercial, and is designed for a three-story building from the
south entry with a lower level basement walk-out to the natural fall of the slope to the
north.
The project will be owned by Neviaser Investments, 25 West Main, Madison,
Wisconsin 53703. The major tenant in the building will be Wisconsin Peer Review
Organization. Project Architect will be Sieger Architects, Inc., 315 Wisconsin Avenue,
Madison, Wisconsin 53703.
The proposed development schedule is to start construction October 1990
immediately after conditional use approval. The current projected completion date is
June 30, 1991.
The design of the project as a three-story building, is suitable for the property, based
on the current office building, "Land Mark Place" on lot 1 , being a three-story building
which received a conditional use. The new building will be consistent in the number of
floors. A three-story office building on the site also allows the developer a reduced
building footprint which lessens the impact on the amount of land and natural trees
disturbed by the development.
A certified survey map and location map are located on the site plan drawings.
4
