The proposed building will conform with all zoning <br /> requirements for C-1 commercial, and is designed for a three-story building from the <br /> south entry with a lower level basement walk-out to the natural fall of the slope to the <br /> north. <br /> The project will be owned by Neviaser Investments, 25 West Main, Madison, <br /> Wisconsin 53703. The current projected completion date is <br /> June 30, 1991. <br /> The design of the project as a three-story building, is suitable for the property, based <br /> on the current office building, "Land Mark Place" on lot 1 , being a three-story building <br /> which received a conditional use. The new building will be consistent in the number of <br /> floors. A three-story office building on the site also allows the developer a reduced <br /> building footprint which lessens the impact on the amount of land and natural trees <br /> disturbed by the development. <br /> A certified survey map and location map are located on the site plan drawings. <br /> 4 <br />
