WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the the South quarter corner of said Section 12; thence <br /> North along the East line on the Southwest quarter, 2640 more or less feet to <br /> the center of said Section 12; thence North along the East line of the <br /> Northwest quarter, 30 more or less feet to the South right-of-way line of CTH <br /> BB; thence S 82° West along the South right-of-way of said CTH BB, 500 more or <br /> less feet; thence South 400 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> South 250 feet; thence N 71° East, 300 feet; thence North 250.00 feet; thence S <br /> 71° West, 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3.
