We are planning tc0.he work <br /> ourselves , so we need as much time as possible before the <br /> snow flies . <br /> We are in the process of having a certified survey map drawn <br /> up. We intend to combine lots 1 & 2 as one lot . Lot 1 <br /> is nowzoned B-1 . Lot 2 which our duplex is on is zoned <br /> R-3-A. We want to change the zoning of lot 1 after they <br /> have been combined to R-3-A. This will satisfy our rear <br /> lot line requirement . <br />
