Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4902: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> and the centerline of River Road; thence West along said North line 400 feet; <br /> thence South 175 feet; thence East 250 feet to centerline of said River Road; <br /> thence Northeasterly 200 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
