ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4903 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-3 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4903: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot #1, Block 1, Brictson Park; thence N <br /> 02° 15' 00" East; 188.40 feet to an iron stake; thence continue N 02° 15' 00" <br /> East 17 feet more or less to the water's edge of Lake Waubesa; thence Easterly <br /> along the water's edge 63 feet more or less; thence S 02° 15' 00" West 29 feet <br /> more or less to an iron stake which is S 85° 11' 00" East 63.1 feet; from the <br /> last mentioned iron stake; thence continuing S 02° 15' 00" West 207.49 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 49' 30" West 63.08 feet; thence N 02° 15' 00" East 24.20 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: DEC 11 1990 <br />
