Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture / A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes/ A-i Ex. District. Agriculture Pet. #4908: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 35, Town of Black Earth described as follows: TO RH-2: Beginning at a point which is 910.98 feet North of and 856.70 feet West of the South quarter corner of said Section 35; thence N 87° 20' 00" East, 117.29 feet; thence S 43° 20' 00" East, 387.74 feet; thence S 55° 20' 00" East, 266.57 feet; thence S 44° 45' 00' East, 500.00 feet; thence S 87° 00' 00" East, 260.00 feet; thence N 25° 00' 00" West, 470.00 feet; thence N 63° 00' 00" West, 977.64 feet; thence S 87° 20' 00" West, 134.24 feet; thence S 08° 46' 41" West, 67.34 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
