•
James & Linda Engels
5451 Hwy TT
Marshall, WI 53559
(608) 266-6480
November 5, 1990
Mr. Gene R. Rankin, J.D.
Director
Dane County Land regulation & Records
Room 116, City County Building
Madison, WI 53709
Dear Mr. Rankin:
SUBJECT: Petition to Rezone From RH-1 to R-1 J7 g.
Following the requirements set forth by your office enclosed please find
the necessary information for filing our petition to rezone.
1. Lot two (2) of Certified Survey Map number 5295, recorded in volume
24 of Certified Surveys, page 104 as document number 2033181, Town
of Sun Prairie, Dane County, Wisconsin.
2. A copy of Certified Survey map.
3. Tax Parcel #29-0811-241-9085-1
4. Personal check for $75.00
5. Proposed use of the property is for a single-family home.
Proposed building date of Spring 1991.
The land proposed for rezoning is two (2) acres or 87,553 square feet.
The re-zoning from RH-1 to R-1 is petitioned in order to build our home at the
same distance from the highway as adjacent duplex & home. The re-zoning will
allow us to place our home in the most suitable spot to accommodate a
conventional sewage system. In addition, an R-1 building set back will allow
our home to be a more suitable distance from the access/easement drive.
In closing, we hope that the information provided above will fulfill all of the
requirements. We understand that November 6, 1990 is the application closing
date in order to be considered for scheduling at the December 11, 1990 public
hearing. We thank you in advance for your assistance is this matter.
Sincerely,
/ L
James M. Engels
