SLc3Trs)A 1 GP-s*,ST C. , <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4934 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the <br /> C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4934 : <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 27 , Town of Primrose described as <br /> follows: The North 260 feet of the following described property; <br /> commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 27 , thence North <br /> along the North-South quarter line of Section 27 , 566 . 26 feet to the true <br /> point of beginning; thence North, 734 . 77 feet; thence N 86° 33 ' 39" East, <br /> 371. 04 feet; thence S 08° 54 ' 45" West, 284 . 02 feet; thence S 51° 13 ' 19" <br /> West, 162 . 10 feet; thence South, 191. 62 feet; thence S 47° 29 ' 49" West, <br /> 271. 28 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned <br /> is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record <br /> the following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and <br /> the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use of the C-2 area shall be limited to a recycling center. <br /> B.
