WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 1, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 11; thence S 00° 01' 16" <br /> East, along the East line of said NE 1/4, 2028.81 feet; thence West, 714.22 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 01' 48" West, 292.79 feet; thence <br /> North, 350.00 feet; thence S 88° 10' 48" East, 267.05 feet; thence S 04° 15' <br /> 50" East, 347.44 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3.
