ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4931 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of MONTROSE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: Pet. #4931: Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 1, Town of Montrose described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 1 and the point of beginning of this description; thence N 04° 19' 46" East, along the East line of said Section 1, 1297.54 feet; thence N 83° 53' 11" West, 970.84 feet; thence S 05° 54' 04" West, 949.69 feet; thence S 46° 42' 37" East, 190.44 feet; thence S 01° 48' West, 239.30 feet; thence S 84° 19' 45" East, along the South line of said Section 1, 838.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Section 1 and the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become r effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is f recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: A. Use of the property shall be limited to agricultural uses. B.
