ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4931 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4931: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 1, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 1 and the point of beginning <br /> of this description; thence N 04° 19' 46" East, along the East line of said <br /> Section 1, 1297.54 feet; thence N 83° 53' 11" West, 970.84 feet; thence S 05° <br /> 54' 04" West, 949.69 feet; thence S 46° 42' 37" East, 190.44 feet; thence S 01° <br /> 48' West, 239.30 feet; thence S 84° 19' 45" East, along the South line of said <br /> Section 1, 838.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Section 1 and the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> r effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> f <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to agricultural uses. <br /> B.
