ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4915 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4915: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of <br /> Section 30; thence Northerly along the North-South quarter line 93.0 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continue Northerly along the North-South <br /> quarter line 2527 feet; thence Easterly 550 feet; thence South 300 more or less <br /> feet; thence S 10° 41' 58" West 640.87 feet; thence S 07° 45 ' West 193.0 feet; <br /> thence S 82° 15' 46" East 275.0 feet; thence N 07° 45' East 193.0 feet; thence <br /> N 06° 11' 20" East 356.16 feet; thence N 86° 19' 27" East 84.30 feet; thence <br /> NO3° 10' 20" West 303.46 feet; thence Easterly 250 feet; thence South 900 more <br /> or less feet; thence N 82° 16' 46" West 470 more or less feet to the centerline <br /> of town road; thence S 17° 45' West 1340 feet along the centerline of town <br /> road; thence West 290 feet to the North-South quarter of Section 30 and point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
