Prifir- PW711. TOWN OF COTTAGE GROVE NOV 26 199:1 BM901119 November 19 , 1990 . The regular meeting was called to order by C143 n. SUOgoP' Skaar at 8 : 00 P.M. All members were present . The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. A motion was made by TN/SK to budget $1 , 625. 00 for a donation to the Colonial Club of Sun Prairie . Carried. It was reported that Jim Lapp is storing some vehicles used in his tree trimming service on a residential lot in Bohnsack Subdivision. Since this is not in compliance with the zoning for the lot , Chief Steve Olson is to give Mr. Lapp five days notice to remove the vehicles and he is to notify Dane County Zoning of his actions . The zone change request by Ron Homburg to change the zoning on a portion of his fathers farm from A-1 To R-1 was reviewed. A motion was made by ES/TN to accept the recommendation of the Planning Committee to approve the zone change request. Motion carried. Zone Change request #4916 for Blanche Swenson was reviewed. Blanche Swenson and Dan Birrenkott appeared before the Board to explain the lot line changes that they are requesting. The Board requested that the line between lots 1 and 2 be extended straight back to the rear lot line. Mr. Birenkott and Mrs Swenson agreed that this could be done. A motion was made by MK/TN that the Board will approve the concept of the new lot lines on the survey map dated 11-19-90 . Motion carried. The Pastor of Bryn Mawr Church appeared before the Board to request that Church Signs be installed on roads leading into Cottage Grove . County Hwy "N" and County Hwy "BB" which are the main roads , are under the County jurisdiction. Chairman Skaar will call John Norwell to see if some signs can by put in the right-of-way on County Roads . Atty. Mike Cassidy reviewed the unpaid parking violation resolution with the Board. A motion was made by MK/TN to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. The Reclamation Ordinance was reviewed. Atty. Cassidy will make a few minor changes and have ready for next meeting. The Treasurers report and due bills were reviewed. A motion was made by MK/TN to pay all due bills . Carried. A new and larger computer for the office was discussed. A motion was made by ES/SK that Mike Kindschi shall come up with some prices for a new computer for next meeting. Carried. The certified survey map showing the lot line changes on lots 24 and 25 in American Heritage was reviewed. (Map number 4-24251) . A motion was made by ES/MK to approved the change as submitted. Motion carried. Jeff Smith submitted a letter from Dane County which listed the materials which will be banned in the Dane County landfill . A motion was made by SK/RG that a copy of this letter be given to all users of the recycle center. Carried.
