Label all zoning districts on <br /> the subject property and on all neighboring properties. <br /> ❑ Existing contour lines <br /> ❑ Existing natural features <br /> ❑ Existing roads, driveways, and utilities. <br /> ❑ Residences within 1,00 feet <br /> ❑ Specific location of proposed extraction area, staging area, equipment storage. <br /> ❑ Proposed location and surfacing of driveways. <br /> ❑ Proposed phasing plan <br />
