In most cases, the county zoning committee adds additional <br /> conditions to a CUP, or slightly modifies the town conditions to ensure that they are <br /> clear and enforceable. <br /> Please note that the town may not modify the conditions as approved by the zoning <br /> committee at this point in the process. The town must vote to approve or disapprove <br /> the CUP as amended by the zoning committee within 40 days. <br /> Please schedule this item for your next town board meeting and notify me of your <br /> approval or disapproval of the amended Conditional Use Permit using the enclosed <br /> form by no later than Wednesday, October 5, 2016.
