This to include leveling, surface rock removal, <br /> establishing appropriate drainage ways for excess water to <br /> escape so as not to cause impoundments and to establish a <br /> vegetative cover to prevent surface erosion and rifling. <br /> Failure to accomplish the above will result in costly <br /> repairs to the County in preparing it for park use. <br /> We would be happy to offer any assistance to all parties <br /> if such is requested. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this matter. <br /> ks <br />
