• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4474 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residence District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4474: <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 1, Town of Sun Prairie, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West one quarter corner of said Section 1; thence <br /> South along the West line of Section 1, 1503 feet to the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence East 363 feet; thence South 198 feet; thence West 363 <br /> feet; thence North 198 feet to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> C <br /> EFFECTIVE: 4 <br />
