TOWN OF BURKE <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 09212016 <br /> RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF BURKE <br /> CONDITIOALLY APPROVING THE REZONE PETITION SUBMITTED BY <br /> SCHUYLER PIERCE <br /> WHEREAS, a petition to rezone the property located at 5456 Broken Bow Rd, <br /> Sun Prairie (parcel number 0810-241-7089-3) from R-1 to A-2(1) to obtain a less <br /> restrictive accessory building height restriction for the purpose of building a 25' tall was <br /> submitted to the Town by Schuyler Pierce; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed the petition and recommended <br /> conditional approval of the rezone; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed and considered the Plan Commission's <br /> recommendation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board hereby approves the rezone with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1) The size of the accessory building is limited to 48' x 54' and the <br /> height is limited to 27' and; <br /> 2) A deed restriction is recorded on the property limiting the use to <br /> items allowed under R-1 zoning and prohibiting commercial use <br /> of the accessory building. <br /> The above Resolution was duly ado ted by the Town Board of the Town of Burke, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, at a meeting on p' � 21 , 2016. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> By Vit../ . <br /> Kevin 1-y, Te n Chair <br /> ATTEST: i <br /> '#4 11/ 1 % ir/ <br /> f <br /> Brenda Ayers, Town f1rk/Treasurer <br /> C:Users Town Documents Ordinances Resolution 09212016 Conditionally Approve Rezone Schuyler Pierce 9212016.doc <br /> 0915161138 <br />
