ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #4477 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MADISON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the R-4 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4477: <br /> Part of the Government Lot #2 of Section 12, Town of Madison described as <br /> follows: TO R-4: Commencing at 408.7 feet North of the East quarter corner <br /> of said Section 12; thence N 74° West 284.29 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence N 74° West 527.01 feet to a point in the center of Sherman Avenue; <br /> thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said Sherman Avenue 56.25 feet; <br /> thence S 74° East to a point 284.29 feet from the East Section line; thence <br /> South parallel to Fordem Avenue to the point of beginning. Also, Commencing <br /> at a point 524.2 feet North of the East quarter corner of said Section 12; <br /> thence N 73° 05' 05" (recorded as N 74° West) , 284.29 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 73° 05' 05" West, (rcorded as North 74° West) <br /> 288.18 feet; thence S 25° 56' 16" West, 56.25 feet, (recorded as S 25° 03' <br /> West, 56.25 feet) , thence S 73° 05' 45" East, (recorded as S 74° East), 297.00 <br /> feet; thence N 16° 54 ' 55" East, 55.47 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
