• PETITION NO. 4q," <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VERONA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition* the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 6 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2, RH-3, RH-4 RuralHomes District. <br /> Pet. #4484: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 6, thence West 1874 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence West 800 feet more or less <br /> to the West line of NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 6, thence South 420 feet more or <br /> less; thence N 70° East 760 feet more or less; thence Northwesterly to the <br /> point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section <br /> 6, thence West 374 feet; thence South to the centerline of Mid Town Road; <br /> thence Southeasterly along the centerline of said town road 1,400 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning; thence N 20° West 780 feet more or less; <br /> thence S 70° West line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 6; thence South to the <br /> centerline of Mid Town Road; thence along the centerline of Mid Town Road to <br /> the point of beginning. TO RH-4: Commencing the Northeast corner of Section <br /> 6, thence West 374 feet to the point of beginning; thence West along the North <br /> line of Section 6 approximately 1500 feet more or less; thence S 20° East to <br /> the centerline of town road; thence Northeast along the centerline of said <br /> town road to a point 400 feet more or less Southeast of the Northeast corner <br /> of Section 6; thence North to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
