Pet. #4492: Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 27 and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 34, Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 34; thence South, 250 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 60° West, 40 feet to the centerline of CTH JG; thence S 40° East along said centerline, 66 feet; thence N 60° East, 180 feet; thence N 35° East, 600 feet; thence N 67° East, 200 feet; thence N 73° East, 300 feet; thence N 82° East, 300 feet; thence N 84° East, 310 feet; thence North, 500 fet; thence N 85° West, 300 feet; thence South, 470 feet; thence S 82° West, 300 feet; thence S 73° West, 300 feet; thence S 67° West, 200 feet; thence S 35° West, 600 feet; thence S 60° West, 150 feet to the point of beginning.
