• <br /> • <br /> • ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4499 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes & A-2(8) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4499: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town <br /> of Christiana described as follows: TO RH-3: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and <br /> part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> center of Section 24; thence North along the 40 line 537.9 feet; thence West <br /> 511.5- feet; thence South-537.9-feet--thence West along the_40. line_150_feet to___ __---_____._ <br /> the 1/32 corner; thence South along the West line of the E 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 <br /> 100 feet to the centerline of E. Rockdale Road; thence Southeasterly along the <br /> centerline 709.5 feet; thence North along the 40 line 280.5 feet to the center _ <br /> of Section 24 and the point of beginning. TO A-2(8) : Part of the NW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 Section 24, described as follows: Beginning at the center of Section 24; <br /> thence Easterly along the 40 line 1337 feet to the 40 corner, thence South <br /> along the 40 line 280 feet to the Northeast corner of CSM 2748; thence N 89° <br /> 36' 25" West 337.66 feet; thence S 00° 23' 35" West 322 feet to the centerline <br /> of E. A statement that there exists adjacent to the proposed parcel a legal <br /> nonconforming mineral extraction use which includes the potential for <br /> quarrying activity including blasting. <br /> 3.
