Agriculture Pet. #4499: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Christiana described as follows: TO RH-3: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, described as follows: Beginning at the center of Section 24; thence North along the 40 line 537.9 feet; thence West 511.5 feet; thence South 537.9 feet; thence West along the 40 line 150 feet to the 1/32 corner; thence South along the West line of the E 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 100 feet to the centerline of E. Rockdale Road; thence Southeasterly along the centerline 709.5 feet; thence North along the 40 line 280.5 feet to the center of Section 24 and the point of beginning.
