ir <br /> 8 . The driveway easement for Lot 2 shall be installed by <br /> the owner of said lot and shall be of a hard surface so as to <br /> prevent erosion and dusting during the use thereof. The <br /> maintenance of said driveway easement shall also be the <br /> obligation of the owner of Lot 2 . <br /> 9 .
