� L <br /> i V <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> The following is a summary of our conclusions for the study area: <br /> 1) This analysis is based on along term, full development of the study <br /> area, which will eventually include three single family dwellings, a <br /> church and a parsonage. All vehicles will use Emerald Grove Lane as <br /> an access to and from Woodland Drive. <br /> 2) The development of Lot 3, the church and planned parsonage, will <br /> increase traffic in the area. However, this increase will mainly be <br /> at off peak hours and Sundays. The local traffic on Woodland Drive <br /> will experience minor, if any, delays in traffic movement during <br /> weekdays and Saturdays. <br /> Sunday traffic on Emerald Grove Lane will experience an increase in <br /> volume during the morning hours only. Sunday afternoon traffic will <br /> increase but should not affect overall traffic movement. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> The current configuration of Emerald Grove Lane will be adequate to handle <br /> traffic volumes generated by the development.
