DiVALL ( "DiVall" ) , as the owners <br /> of Lots 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 of Certified Survey Map No . 5334 recorded <br /> in Vol . 24 , on page 179 , as Document No . 2040083 , hereby declare <br /> that such lots shall be. subject to the following declaration of <br /> use and restrictions : <br /> 1 . A principal residence shall be at least 2000 square <br /> feet of liveable space excluding basements and porches . <br /> 2 . Architectural elevations and plot plan shall be subject <br /> to the approval of Gary J.
