Town of Verona s Dane County, Wisconsin, from the RH-1 Rural Homes. A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes • District. Pet. #4503: Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34 and part SW 1/4 Section 35, Town of Verona described as follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 35, thence N 89° 11' 29" East, 654.78 feet along the East-West quarter line, thence S 00° 00' 57" East, 1325.34 feet; thence S 88° 59' 17" West, 655.18 fet to the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 35; thence North, 393.87 feet along the West line of said Section 35, to the Northeast corner of certified survey map #1403, Volume 6, Page 72; thence S 88° 23' 30" West, 472.29 feet to the Northwest corner of said certified survey; thence N 08° 07' 30" West, 754.41 feet along the centerline of Range Trail; thence continuing along said centerline being a curve to the right of radius 300 feet, having a long chord bearing N 10° 17' 30" East, 188.00 feet to the East-West quarter line of said Section 34; thence N 88° 23' 30" East, 545.25 feet to the point of beginning of this description.
