We believe that <br /> this site is inappropriate for a large central park/town <br /> hall/garage/sherrif department complex. This parcel of land is <br /> poorly situated for this proposed use because access roads are <br /> inadequate to handle an increase in traffic, and the hilly <br /> topography of the area would create an unavoidable safety hazard <br /> for local residents and facility users. <br /> The proposed use would also, in the absence of a Town Plan, <br /> alter the character and development of this section of the Town <br /> in an unnatural manner and devalue adjoining residential <br /> property.
