ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4511 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4511: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 26; thence <br /> West 1320 feet more or less along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, thence North <br /> 660 feet more or less along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue North 660 feet more or less along the West line of <br /> said 1/4 1/4, thence East 330 feet more or less along the North line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4, thence South 660 feet more or less; thence West 330 feet more or less <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: JUN 2 0 1989 <br />
