Tom & Sharon Linley <br /> 8131 W Hillpoint Rd. <br /> Cross Plains, WI 53528 <br /> Tom and I live at 8131 W Hillpoint Road. We completed <br /> building a house in August of 1988 . Our land at this <br /> time is Zoned A-1 Exclusive. We own a small business . <br /> The equipment we have for our business consist of a 1986 <br /> Ford Truck, 2 Backholes , 1 1964 Ton Truck and a trailer to <br /> carry the backhole. We do not wish to change the Zoning <br /> on the land, but we would like to get a Conditional Use <br /> Permit. We do not plan on expanding our equipment we <br /> see no need too . My husband digs graves and does this on <br /> a part-time basis, if business would increase , he would <br /> only need to be at it full time . We have no employees , and <br /> do not plan on hiring any. Their is not a need to hire . <br /> We are planning to put up a shed for our equipment . This <br /> is also a suggestion of the planning committee . <br /> We feel this property is suitable for us , because our <br /> business is not a large business and we do not plan on ex- <br /> panding.
