• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4514 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4514: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 27, thence South <br /> 697.80 feet; thence N 57° 14 ' East 256.84 feet; thence N 43° 58' East 299.50 <br /> feet along the centerline of CTH Y to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> N 43° 58' East 287.00 feet along said centerline, thence S 00° 14' East <br /> 1193.56 feet, thence N 89° 04' West 200.00 feet; thence N 00° 14 ' West 983.74 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: AUG 81989 <br />
