corn ,vohD cvmmonAh J County of Dane <br /> DATE: November 21, 1989 <br /> TO: Cal Kornstedt, <br /> Corporation Counsel ' <br /> FROM: William Fleck, <br /> Zoning Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: C.U.P. #747 - Keleny - Middleton - Appealed to County Board. <br /> This application for a conditional use permit for mineral extraction was granted by the <br /> AELRC and subsequently appealed to the County Board by the neighbors who are opposed to <br /> the permit. <br /> At the County Board hearing Lyman Anderson moved to refer the matter to the December 7, <br /> 1989 County Board meeting to provide time for the AELRC to inspect the site and report <br /> back to the County Board. <br /> The AELRC in discussing the matter considered the possibility of amending the C.U.P. to <br /> include additional conditions but was not certain of the procedure. May the AELRC amend <br /> the C.U.P. or does any amendment have to be by County Board action? <br /> AELRC's next meeting on this matter is scheduled for December 2, 1989. Thanks. <br />
