, EXHIBIT "B" <br /> CONDITIONS IMPOSED ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #747. <br /> 1. only 1/2 acre of land shall be stripped of black dirt at one time. <br /> 2. After stripping, subgrade will be leveled or back filled and 6 inches of <br /> black dirt be replaced. <br /> 3. Material to be used for backfill will be free of wood, metal and other <br /> foreign material and will consist of surplus dirt from excavations at <br /> building sites and projects in the Madison Area, no broken concrete, <br /> construction ruble, etc. <br /> 4. Approximately 3 to 5 acres of land per year will be stripped. <br /> 5. The balance of the land will be in farm production. <br /> 6. After removing the black dirt, reshaping and replacing a 6 inch layer, <br /> the land will return to farm production, final grade will not be above <br /> existing grade. <br /> 7. Material will be hauled from the site only entering Valley View Road at <br /> or near Russ Hodgson's driveway, and trucks will turn only west. - <br /> 8. Vision from this entrance on to Valley View Road is excellent in both <br /> directions. <br /> 9. Trucks hauling fill material to the site shall approach the entrance <br /> driveway, only from the West. <br /> 10. Hours of operation shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br /> 11. The entrance drive shall have a gate to prevent unauthorized entry during <br /> non-business hours. <br /> 12. Surface drainage thru the site shall be maintained at all times. <br /> 13. The operation shall be in conformance with the Town Erosion Control <br /> Ordinance at all times, particularly with regards to tracking of soil <br /> onto Town Roads. <br /> 14. Completion of black dirt removal is anticipated to take from 5 to 8 years. <br />
