The Town Board of the Town of Middleton denied this proposal <br /> several times but did not submit documentation of the subsequent <br /> denials . It is their opinion Mr . Releny has not sufficiently <br /> addressed their con erns , even with the latest conditions which <br /> were presented to the Ag Committee . <br /> We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss our concerns with <br /> the Dane County Board at an appeal hearing .
