KELENY, JR. <br /> • <br /> 1521 Madison St. Phone 256-6341 Madison, Wis. 53711 <br /> TOP SOIL CRUSHED ROCK SAND <br /> WASHED STONE FILL DIRT SNOW REMOVAL <br /> • <br /> June 19, 1989 <br /> JUN 211989 <br /> ZONING DIV. <br /> 1 <br /> Dear Board Members : <br /> Below you will find a list of proposals we are making on the <br /> Russ Hodgson property, concerning our plans for the property. <br /> They are as follows : <br /> -We propose to remove some of the topsoil <br /> from the areas where it is thicker than <br /> what is needed. <br /> -We propose a small operation of removing <br /> approximately 3 to 5 acres per year. <br /> -We propose to start at the lowest point <br /> (South-West corner) , and move up the grade. <br /> • <br /> -Upon removal of topsoil , we will immediately <br /> reclaim the land by regrading, so there is <br /> • <br /> no standing water. <br /> -We will put back 6 inches of topsoil for <br /> reseeding purposes, and use mulch to keep <br /> the dust down. <br /> -The majority of the land will continue to <br /> be in farm production. The land that has <br /> been reclaimed will also be put back into <br /> farm production. <br /> -We propose to eventually build a house on <br /> a portion of the land. <br /> -We will only use Valley View Rd. to Pioneer <br /> Rd. for travel purposes because of the <br /> excellant vision, both to the left and to <br /> the right . <br /> (Continued on following pa'e. ) <br />
