• - RESTRICTIONS - 1. WHEREAS, is/are the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: (Area A) - Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section; thence North 240 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence West, 410 feet more or less; thence North, 610 feet more or less; thence N 45 feet West, 65 feet more or less; thence West, 1040 feet more or less; thence South, 134 feet more or less; thence West, 300 feet; thence North, 200 feet more or less; thence East 1790 feet more or less; thence South 226 feet more or less; thence West 228 feet more or less; thence South 251 feet more or less; thence East 228 feet more or less; thence South 283 feet more or less to the point of beginning. (Area C) Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 1 and the point of beginning; thence West, 1490 feet more or less; thence North 308 feet more or less; thence East 1080 feet more or less; thence South 68 feet more or less; thence East 410 feet more or less; thence South 240 feet more or less to a point of beginning. 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- posed: AREA A: Use shall be limited to a plumbing business, feed and seed business. AREA C: Use shall be limited to a lawn-care business. These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. - 1 -
