ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4520 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-B <br /> Agri-Business, A-2 Agriculture & C-2 Commercial District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #4520: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO A-B: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 1; thence <br /> North, 1300 feet, more or less to the point of beginning; thence West, 1972 <br /> feet more or less; thence South, 300 feet; thence East, 1972 feet more or <br /> less; thence North, 300 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-2: Commencing <br /> at the East quarter corner of said Section 1; thence West, 1490 feet more or <br /> less to point of beginning; thence West, 482 feet more or less; thence North, <br /> 1,000 feet more or less; thence East, 182 feet more or less; thence South, 200 <br /> feet more or less; thence East, 300 feet more or less; thence North 134 feet <br /> more or less; thence East 1040 feet more or less; thence S 45° East, 65 feet <br /> more or less; thence South, 542 feet more or less; thence Westy_1080 feet more <br /> or less; thence South, 308 feet to the point of beginning. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. - AREA A: Use shall be limited to a plumbing business, feed and seed <br /> B. - AREA C: Use shall be limited to a lawn-care business. <br /> EFFECTIVE: AUG 41989 <br />
