f <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4527 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGDALE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the <br /> A-B Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4527: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Springdale described as <br /> follows: The SW 1/4 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 9. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Noise level of the facility shall not exceed that experienced in a <br /> normal farm operation. <br /> B. Hours of operation of the Xylan processing facility shall be limited to <br /> 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the period of January 1 through October 15 <br /> of each year. <br /> C. Agri-Business use of the property shall be limited to the Xylan <br /> processing, experimental feeding of livestock and sale of produced <br /> product. <br /> Conditions on this rezoning as authorized under S 10.255(3) Dane County Code <br /> of Ordinances are imposed as follows: <br /> "This rezone shall be null and void unless the specified use is commenced <br /> within 24 months from the date of approval by Dane County." <br /> -7 r t"\tom <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
